Ventilation
All houses have some form of ventilation, ranging from simple trickle ventilators in windows, to whole house mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems. All new houses built after April 2006 will need to demonstrate that the 'whole hose' ventilation criteria laid out in the Building Regulations are met.
